Requirements
- • Proven track record as a Front Desk Officer/Receptionist in the hospitality industry
- • Strong working knowledge of Hotel Management Software/PMS
- • Professional communication skills and a polished, customer-centric attitude
- • Sound basic accounting and front-desk billing capabilities
