Job Summary
- We are seeking a young, smart, energetic, and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, supervise staff, ensure excellent guest experiences, and drive business growth.
- The ideal candidate must be proactive, well-organised, professional, and capable of maintaining high standards of service while improving operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Supervise, coordinate, and manage hotel staff across departments.

Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest complaints.

Monitor revenue, expenses, bookings, and operational performance.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.

Develop strategies to improve occupancy rates, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Manage inventory, supplies, maintenance, and other operational needs.

Prepare regular operational reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements and Qualifications

Must have proven experience in hotel management or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

Must be young, smart, energetic, proactive, and presentable.

Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Good understanding of hotel operations, reservations, housekeeping, and front desk procedures.

Ability to manage staff, handle pressure, and make sound decisions.

Good organisational, administrative, and financial management skills.
-
A Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is an advantage.
