Role & Duties:
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems, pipes, fixtures and fittings.
- Diagnose and fix water supply, drainage and plumbing faults.
- Inspect and maintain toilets, bathrooms, pumps and water systems.
- Attend promptly to plumbing emergencies and guest maintenance requests.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns.
- Monitor water pressure, leakages and drainage systems.
- Maintain proper records of repairs, materials and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all plumbing work is completed safely and professionally.
