About the Role As a Facilities Engineer at Hobbs Brook Real Estate LLC's FM properties, based at the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood, you will maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to keep the hotel running safely and guest-ready. You’ll work closely with the Chief Engineer and facilities team to repair, maintain, and respond quickly to service needs in a dynamic hospitality environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, public areas, and building systems
- Respond to service requests promptly with a guest-first mindset
- Complete preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs (fixtures, doors, painting, basic carpentry)
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and resolve maintenance needs
