JOIN US

Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their assigned tables Manage restaurant reservations, cancellations, table assignments, and special requests Maintain accurate knowledge of restaurant layouts, operating hours, menus, promotions, and hotel services Answer telephone enquiries professionally and according to service standards Monitor guest flow and organize waiting lists during busy periods Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to enquiries, and assist with resolving concerns Conduct table visits and coordinate with the team to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented hostess desk and dining area Support menu preparation, cashiering procedures, and restaurant operations when required Work closely with colleagues to deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Hostess or in a similar food and beverage role

• Good verbal communication skills in English, additional languages (Arabic, Russian) are an advantage

• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills

• Pleasant, professional, and well-groomed appearance

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

• Basic computer skills

• Additional Information

• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by operational needs

• Able to manage busy service periods, waiting lists, reservations, and changing guest requirements

• Maintains a professional appearance and high standards of personal hygiene

• Demonstrates teamwork, professionalism, and a warm, guest-focused approach

• Committed to maintaining a clean, organized hostess area and following food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures

• Willing to attend training and continuously develop knowledge of restaurant operations, hotel facilities, and service standards
