For Season 2027, we are looking for a passionate Hostess to join the MarBella team in Corfu.
The Role
As Hostess, you will welcome guests to MarBella’s F&B outlets, guide them to their tables and support the service team in creating an enjoyable dining experience.
A Day in the Job
A warm welcome and attentive communication help guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
Here's what a typical day at MarBella could look like:

You greet and welcome guests to the hotel’s F&B outlets.

You escort guests to their assigned tables.

You support the service team by handing out menus and serving water.

You anticipate guests’ needs and aim to deliver a high level of guest satisfaction.

You check in with guests about their dining experience and communicate any complaints or issues to your direct supervisor.

You keep restaurant reservation records up to date in collaboration with the Dining Reservations team.
Requirements
- Is This You?
Essential qualifications:

Professional experience in a customer service position.

Excellent command of English.

Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

A responsible attitude.
-
Excellent grooming and personal presentation standards.
Additional qualifications – a plus:
- Knowledge of additional languages.
