Key Responsibilities

Provide support to the Hostess and Restaurant Service teams with daily reception and

guest-service tasks.

Assist with welcoming and greeting guests, providing a professional, friendly and

personalized service.

Support the management and follow-up of reservations, availability and table assignments.

Assist with organizing and updating the table plan and guest seating arrangements.
-
Support the management of arrivals, waiting times, changes and special guest requests.
-
Collaborate with the Restaurant Service team to ensure an efficient service flow.
-
Support communication with Reservations, Front Office, Kitchen, Bar and other
-
departments when required.

Assist with managing waiting lists and communicating estimated waiting times clearly to
-
guests.

Support the preparation and organization of the reception area before, during and after
-
service.
-
Keep the reception and entrance areas clean, organized and well presented.
-
Assist with handling phone calls, emails and other communications related to reservations
-
and service.

Support the management of special requests, special occasions and individual guest
-
needs.
-
Assist with the preparation and organization of events, groups and special services.
-
Support guest satisfaction follow-up and communicate any issues to the relevant
-
supervisor.

Comply with the quality, image, hospitality and service standards established by Nômade
-
Temple .

Participate in other departmental projects and tasks according to operational needs.

Profile & Skills

Currently studying Tourism, Hospitality, Hospitality Management, Public Relations,
-
Communications or a related field.
-
Genuine interest in developing a career in Hostess, Guest Relations and Food & Beverage
-
within the hospitality and gastronomy industry.
-
Professional appearance and attitude.
-
Spanish and English required; additional languages are a plus.
