Descrição da vaga

Responsável por recepcionar e acolher hóspedes e clientes com cordialidade e excelência, proporcionando uma experiência diferenciada desde a chegada ao restaurante. Atua no gerenciamento de reservas, organização do fluxo de entrada e acomodação dos clientes, além de prestar informações sobre os serviços do hotel e do restaurante. Realiza atendimento personalizado, apresenta e sugere itens do cardápio, promovendo vendas de acordo com o perfil dos clientes. Requer postura profissional, excelente comunicação, organização, proatividade e inglês fluente para atendimento ao público nacional e internacional.
