- The college is seeking mature, responsible applicants who can supervise female students living in its hostel and support their safety, welfare and orderly accommodation.
Qualifications and eligibility
- Applicants should hold at least a National Diploma (ND) in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- The college may also consider candidates with a Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) qualification and adequate relevant work experience instead of an ND.
- Previous experience in hostel supervision, student welfare, caregiving or related duties will be an advantage. A
- pplicants must demonstrate integrity, patience, maturity, good communication skills and an ability to maintain discipline professionally.
- They must also be willing to reside and work within the hostel when required.
Duties

Protect the safety, welfare and general well-being of female hostel residents.

Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with hostel rules.

Supervise students and support a safe, clean living environment.

Monitor hostel activities and the appropriate use and maintenance of facilities.

Attend to students' concerns and report incidents or welfare matters to college authorities.

Maintain accurate records of hostel activities and undertake other assigned duties.
