Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, secure, and supportive living environment for boarding students.
- Supervise students in the hostel and ensure compliance with school rules, routines, and boarding regulations.
- Monitor students' welfare, behaviour, hygiene, health, and emotional well-being, reporting concerns promptly.
- Maintain discipline while fostering a caring, respectful, and inclusive hostel community.
- Ensure students adhere to daily schedules, including wake-up times, meals, study periods, lights-out, and other boarding routines.
- Work closely with the School Nurse, Counsellor, Teachers, and other staff to support students' academic, social, and personal development.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and ensure students' safety at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, visitors, and student welfare matters.
