Job title: Host - Foundation Room - HOB Dallas
About the Role Join Live Nation's House of Blues Dallas Foundation Room as a Host. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, greeting and seating them with a friendly, professional demeanor, and helping ensure a smooth dining and live entertainment experience in a fast-paced venue.
What You'll Do
- Greet all guests promptly and courteously in a professional manner.
- Manage the flow of guests entering the restaurant and those waiting for a table.
- Obtain guests' name, party size, and, when applicable, pager-related details, arrival times, and needs for children.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs to maximize satisfaction.
- Direct guests to the appropriate waiting area when there is a wait and estimate/quote accurate wait times.
- Lead guests to tables, present menus, and ensure seating is complete before leaving.
- Share information about current and future shows, menu items, and retail by placing marketing literature on dining tables.
- Answer guest questions regarding the menu, music hall, and artists appearing at the House.
- Adhere to Foundation access and industry access policies and assist with dinner service as needed.
