Role Overview Our Hosts begin each experience for every Guest that walks into our restaurants by providing hospitality and service that is absolutely Chili's. If you take pride in providing a warm welcome and love making people feel special, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest

• Manage the wait list

• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate

• Answer telephone within three rings and direct calls

• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate

• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

• About You

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude that's always ready to greet with a smile

• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary

• No experience necessary

Hourly Team Member Average Pay: $10 – $20 per hour You bring your passion, dedication, teamwork and spirit to the table. We'll help you make the most of it and prepare you for your "next". You'll get:

Assistant Manager Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 Our training program will help you turn your natural leadership skills into a management role. After you have mastered hourly team member responsibilities, or if you have past leadership experience in a different capacity, your experience will help you prepare for the next level with Chili's and the Assistant Manager role provides:

• 8-10 Week Training Program
• Area AO (Area of Ownership) Meetings
• A wealth of opportunities to hone your business and people skills

Manager Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 After a minimum of six months as an Assistant Manager, you may be ready for your next big move up. As you continue to develop your leadership skills, you may enjoy such growth options as:

• Development through the EMERGE program to bring out the best leader in you
• Mentoring opportunities through the RISE program
• Online manager development training modules
• On-the-job skill training in schedule writing, budgeting, data analysis, and more

General Manager Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000 When you have established your reputation for excellence and have demonstrated the ability to develop others, we'll help you grow into a General Manager role where you may continue your development through:

• Participation in the ELEVATE program to strengthen the preparation and support for our new General Managers.
• Ongoing training on operational systems, people management, marketing, accounting and more
• Possible participation in the LEAD development program designed to further refine your leadership skills
