About the Role Chili's is hiring a Host in Salina, KS. As a Host, you'll be the first friendly face guests see, setting the tone for an absolutely Chili's experience.
This role involves greeting Guests, managing the wait list, communicating Guest concerns to management when appropriate, answering the phone, and helping fellow Team Members while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. What You'll Do
- Greet every Guest with a warm welcome
- Manage the wait list and seating flow
- Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate
- Answer telephone within three rings and direct calls
- Help fellow Team Members when appropriate
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
- Friendly, warm, and caring attitude that's always ready to greet with a smile
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary
- No experience necessary Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $10 - $20 per hour
