About the Role As a Host at Chili's in Fargo, ND, you set the tone for every guest experience by delivering warm hospitality and a friendly welcome. You’ll help manage seating and the wait list, answer inquiries, and support team members to keep the dining room inviting and efficient. - Greet guests warmly and provide hospitality and service that reflects Chili's standard
- Manage the wait list and seating assignments
- Communicate guest concerns to the manager when appropriate
- Answer telephone within three rings and direct calls
- Assist fellow team members when appropriate
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff What We're Looking For
- Friendly, warm, and caring attitude ready to greet with a smile
- Able to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Able to stand for long periods
- Able to safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary
- No experience necessary Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $10 – $20 per hour
