About the Role Our Hosts begin each guest experience by providing warm hospitality and service that embodies the Chili's brand. The Host will welcome guests, manage the wait times, and help create a safe, welcoming dining environment.
What You'll Do
- Greet every guest warmly and set a positive tone.
- Manage the wait list and seating rotation.
- Communicate guest concerns to the manager when appropriate.
- Answer the phone within three rings and direct calls as needed.
- Assist fellow team members to maintain smooth service.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, warm, and caring attitude with a smile.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Able to stand for long periods.
- Able to safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary.
- No experience required; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $17.00 – $18.00 hourly.
