Position

Support the execution of in-store hospitality experience, ensuring a warm, elegant and seamless welcome for all clients. Contribute to client satisfaction and brand perception by delivering high-quality service and attention throughout the store journey.

Job responsibilities

• Welcome and be the first point of contact for our clients at the store entrance;
• Support the Client Advisor Team by helping schedule their appointments and guest visits;
• Ensure the store is always in excellent conditions supervising relevant external suppliers, such as florists, catering and monitoring the supply of food & beverage;
• Lead by example, consistently embodying Loro Piana values in every interaction with guests, colleagues and partners;
• Maintain a high level of discretion when dealing with confidential or personal guest information;
• Build genuine relationships with guests and provide personalized service based on their preferences and expectations;
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide help, recommendations, and solutions;
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and relevant information to support personalized service;
• Assist with VIC arrivals, special celebrations, amenities, and bespoke arrangements;
• Provide information about the city, local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and other services;
• Identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations and create memorable moments;
• Support guest satisfaction and clientele initiatives;
• Ensure that all interactions reflect Loro Piana standards, values, and brand identity.

Additional information

Per questa posizione è prevista una retribuzione annua iniziale pari a EUR 33,000 lordi.

Tale retribuzione è stata determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere e corrisponde al compenso normalmente riconosciuto alla posizione al momento della pubblicazione di questo annuncio di lavoro. La retribuzione effettiva potrebbe essere soggetta a possibili variazioni in ragione di fattori quali la vostra combinazione unica di esperienza e competenze, la seniority e attuali esigenze organizzative.

Questa posizione prevede inoltre la partecipazione ad un piano di incentivi, a discrezione di Loro Piana, basato su fattori quali la performance individuale e/o della Società.

In aggiunta ai trattamenti previsti dalla legge, potranno essere riconosciuti ulteriori benefit in conformità alle policy aziendali vigenti.

Il rapporto di lavoro sarà regolato dalle disposizioni del contratto collettivo nazionale di lavoro CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi applicato da Loro Piana in Italia.
