About the Role The Hospitality Services Associate greets, screens, and provides wayfinding assistance while serving as an informational resource for patients, visitors, staff, and vendors. As the first point of contact, you will help create a polished and positive first impression as people enter Concord Hospital and will screen individuals as directed by Administration.
What You'll Do
- Greet, screen and provide wayfinding assistance to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors entering Concord Hospital; create a polished first impression.
- Screen all patients, visitors, and staff entering the building as appropriate and directed by Administration.
- Provide wayfinding assistance for patients, visitors, vendors, or staff, in person or by telephone.
- May push patients in wheelchairs to their destination within the hospital.
- Act as an informational resource to patients, visitors, vendors, and staff either in person or by telephone.
- Support the department's special programs and initiatives.
- Participate in department and division activities.
