What You'll Do
- Identify opportunities across hospitality segments and connect qualified candidates with clients seeking direct-hire placements.
- Maintain and manage a confidential candidate pipeline for current and future opportunities.
- Communicate with clients and candidates to coordinate interviews and updates.
- Ensure resumes are submitted only with the candidate's explicit approval.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, catering venues or food and beverage services.
- Strong communication, organization, and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Los Angeles metropolitan market experience preferred.
