About the Role Goodwin Recruiting partners with restaurant groups, hospitality companies, event venues, and catering halls to place experienced hospitality professionals in direct-hire roles. This posting is part of a confidential pipeline for current and future opportunities in the Tampa Metro area and beyond. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain a confidential pipeline of hospitality candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Partner with clients across segments including fast casual, upscale casual (full service), casual dining, fine dining, banquet/events, hotels, and catering venues to place candidates in direct-hire roles.
- Review resumes with candidate approval before submission to clients.
- Coordinate introductions, interviews, and ongoing communication between candidates and clients.
- Represent Goodwin Recruiting and ensure a professional, timely experience for both sides. What We're Looking For
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, catering venues, or food and beverage services.
- Strong communication, organization, and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Tampa Metro market experience preferred.
