About the Role Amista Vineyards is seeking a Full-Time Hospitality and Outreach Lead to spearhead guest experiences, hospitality operations, and community outreach in Healdsburg, CA. - Lead and manage daily tasting room and hospitality operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Develop and execute outreach initiatives to attract guests, partners, and events.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to support wine sales and customer service excellence.
- Represent Amista Vineyards at events, tastings, and community activities.
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring compliance with tasting room policies and brand standards. What We're Looking For
