About the Role Amista Vineyards is seeking a Full-Time Hospitality and Outreach Lead to spearhead guest experiences, hospitality operations, and community outreach in Healdsburg, CA. This role combines customer service excellence with sales support to enhance tasting room experiences and protect brand reputation. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage daily tasting room and hospitality operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Develop and execute outreach initiatives to attract guests, partners, and events.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to support wine sales and customer service excellence.
- Represent Amista Vineyards at events, tastings, and community activities.
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring compliance with tasting room policies and brand standards. What We're Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or wine industry settings.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Passion for wine and knowledge of sustainable/wine production practices. Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Organic wine, Rhone wines, and Dry Creek Valley region.
- Prior experience in outreach, business development, or events coordination.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $24 - $46 per hour. On-site in Healdsburg, CA.
