Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and results-driven Hospital Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hospital.
• Supervise and coordinate administrative, nursing and support staff.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance and professionalism.
• Ensure excellent patient experience and customer service.
• Manage patient complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor revenue, billing, collections and expenses.
• Oversee procurement, inventory and supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance and overall presentation of the hospital meet high standards.
• Develop and implement effective hospital policies and procedures.
• Monitor departmental performance and KPIs.
• Prepare regular operational and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with appropriate quality, safety and regulatory standards.
• Oversees all social media accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant management experience.
• Previous experience in a hospital, medical centre, specialist clinic or healthcare organisation is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Good financial and administrative management skills.
• Strong computer and reporting skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
