About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse who is committed to providing exceptional end-of-life care for patients and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' needs, develop and implement care plans, and ensure the highest level of comfort and quality of life for patients in their end-of-life journey. What You'll Do
- Assess patients' needs and perform comprehensive nursing evaluations in home hospice care.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and families.
- Provide compassionate end-of-life nursing care, manage symptoms, and promote comfort and quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team; coordinate with physicians and other clinicians.
- Document care activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards. What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided.
- Minimum of one year in an acute care setting or comparable work experience required.
- Hospice experience required.
- Minimum of one year oncology and home care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, symptom management, and end-of-life care skills; excellent communication and compassion; ability to work per diem and travel to Canton area. Nice to Have

- Salary: $360.00 - $376.00 per day based on an 8-hour day, plus evenings and weekend differential.
