About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse who is committed to providing exceptional end-of-life care for patients and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' needs, develop and implement care plans, and ensure the highest level of comfort and quality of life for patients in their end-of-life journey.   • Assess patients' needs and develop and implement comprehensive care plans for end-of-life care in a home setting.
  • Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care to promote comfort and quality of life.
  • Monitor and manage symptoms, coordinate with other care team members, and document patient progress.
  • Educate and support patients and families throughout the hospice journey. What We're Looking For
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of one year in an acute care setting or comparable work experience
  • One-year oncology and home care experience preferred
  • One-year Hospice experience preferred
  • Strong communication and compassionate patient- and family-support skills Nice to Have
  • Hospice certification preparation and test reimbursement Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $93,600 - $97,760 per year
