About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to provide exceptional end-of-life care for patients and their families. Your primary responsibilities include assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring the highest level of comfort and quality of life during the end-of-life journey. - Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement care plans and coordinate services to ensure comfort and quality of life
- Provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients and support to families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive home-based hospice care What We're Looking For
- Minimum of one year in an acute care setting or comparable work experience required
- Minimum of one year oncology and home care experience preferred
- Minimum of one year Hospice experience preferred Nice to Have
- Hospice experience preferred
- Oncology and home care experience preferred Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $93,600 - $97,760 per year (compensation based on experience)
