About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients and their families in home settings. The RN will assess patients' needs, develop and implement care plans, and strive to maximize comfort and quality of life during the end-of-life journey. What You'll Do
- Assess patients' needs and symptoms in home hospice settings
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide compassionate end-of-life care and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the hospice team to maintain comfort and quality of life
- Document care activities and coordinate with other healthcare professionals as needed What We're Looking For
- Minimum of one year in an acute care setting or comparable work experience required
- Hospice experience required; oncology and home care experience preferred
- Prior Hospice training required Nice to Have
- Oncology and home care experience (preferred) Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation based on experience: $360.00 - $376.00 per day, based on an 8-hour work day, plus evenings and weekend differential
