About the Role Provides consultation regarding palliative care services to patients in a community setting and works in a collaborative team practice that recognizes the patient as the central focus. - Ensure the patient remains the central focus of care. What We're Looking For
- Master’s of Science in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner Certification in area of specialty; licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
- Current DEA and Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; experience with electronic medical records systems preferred; excellent computer skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask and adapt to a rapidly changing environment with multiple demands. Nice to Have
- Experience with electronic medical records systems (preferred). Compensation & Benefits
- Rate: $75.00 per hour
