Job title: Hospice LPN
About the Role Provide high-quality nursing care to hospice patients in the home under supervision of an RN, delivering skilled LPN nursing services and supporting patient and family during end-of-life care.
What You'll Do
- Perform skilled nursing services under the supervision of a staff RN daily
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as permitted by state regulations
- Assist the physician and/or staff RN in performing specialized procedures as needed
- Assist the patient with daily activities and encourage appropriate self-care daily
- Report to the patient's physician and other appropriate personnel regarding pertinent changes in the patient's condition as needed
- Perform complex wound care if in-service is documented for specific procedure daily or as needed
What We're Looking For
- Current and unrestricted LPN licensure in state of practice
- Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $23.95 - $35.85 per hour
