About the Role Provide counseling and casework services to patients and families experiencing terminal illness, focusing on psychosocial status within the context of physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Practice supports patients in the last phase of life, including grief recovery, in the Canton/Needham territory. 24 hours per week. What You'll Do
- Provide counseling and casework services to patients/families experiencing terminal illness.
- Assess and manage psychosocial status within the context of physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Support patients and families during the last phase of life, including grief recovery. What We're Looking For
- Education: Master’s Degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education; or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Hospice or PC; or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Hospice or PC.
- Licensure: Licensed LCSW or LICSW to practice in Massachusetts.
- Experience: Minimum of one year experience in a health care setting. Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation based on experience: Bi-weekly $1,728.00 - $1,776.00
