About the Role We are seeking a compassionate Hospice CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personalized in-home care in Massachusetts. The role supports patients’ daily activities, personal care, and emotional well-being, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. What You'll Do
- Assist patients with personal care activities: bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, family, and caregiver information.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Effectively communicate with healthcare team members and family caregivers.
- Document care provided and patient progress accurately and timely. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Massachusetts CNA or HHA is required.
- Driver's license and a vehicle is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $23.00 per hour, plus mileage and benefits.
- $2,500 sign-on bonus.
