About the Role Join VNA Care as Hospice Clinical Nurse Manager overseeing the clinical operations of our hospice program in the Canton/Woburn area. You will coordinate patient care services, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team of healthcare professionals. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide leadership and supervision to the clinical team, including nurses, aides, and social workers
- Evaluate and assess patient care plans to ensure quality and appropriateness of services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices in hospice care What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospice or palliative care, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team Nice to Have

- Salary: $120,000 - $125,000 per year
