About the Role Sanborn Mills Farm in Loudon, NH is seeking candidates for multiple positions, including Horse Teamster/Farm Hand, Gardens and Horticulture Manager, Director of Development, and Senior Gardener/Farm Hand. These roles support the farm's operations, livestock care, garden management, and development efforts. What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day farm operations including livestock care and general maintenance.
- Assist with gardens and horticulture activities, seasonal planting, pruning, and grounds upkeep.
- Collaborate on development and donor relations activities and fundraising efforts for the Director of Development role as assigned.
- Perform general farm-related duties and work as part of a collaborative team. What We're Looking For
- Interest in farming, animal care, horticulture, garden maintenance, and development/fundraising depending on the role.
- Ability to work effectively in a farm environment and in a team setting.
- Reliable, proactive, and good communication.
- Willingness to work at the Sanborn Mills Farm site in Loudon, NH. Nice to Have
- Experience with horses or livestock.
- Experience with nonprofit fundraising and donor relations.
- Interest or experience in historic crafts, fiber arts, blacksmithing, or related disciplines.
