About the Role Sanborn Mills Farm in Loudon, NH is seeking applicants for multiple openings that support farm operations, horticulture programs, and development efforts. Available positions include Horse Teamster/Farm Hand, Gardens and Horticulture Manager, Director of Development, and Senior Gardener/Farm Hand. What You'll Do
- Participate in day-to-day farm tasks and routine maintenance as applicable to your role
- Support gardens and horticultural spaces through planting, care, pruning, and workflow coordination
- Assist with fundraising, donor communications, and program development for the Director of Development role
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safe, efficient farm operations and high-quality work What We're Looking For
- Interest or experience in farming, horticulture, and/or development activities
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and perform manual tasks
- Reliable, team-oriented with good communication and work ethic
- On-site availability in Loudon, New Hampshire
