We're looking for a Homeownership Advisor to join our Homeownership Support Hub and become the first point of contact for our homeowners. You'll play a vital role in helping residents navigate their homeownership journey by providing advice, resolving queries, coordinating services, and ensuring every resident receives an outstanding experience.

What you'll be doing

Key responsibilities include:

  • Resolving enquiries wherever possible at first contact and ensuring residents are kept informed throughout.
  • Managing cases, maintaining accurate records, and updating systems.
  • Working closely with internal teams including Customer Services, Repairs, Sales Operations, and Marketing.
  • Liaising with solicitors, valuers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Processing homeownership services, invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
  • Supporting consultations, tribunal preparations, mail merges, and resident communications.
  • Contributing to team performance by meeting KPIs, delivering excellent service, and sharing knowledge with colleagues.

About you

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You'll be organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

You'll also have:

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: housing, property, homeownership, or customer service environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships with residents and stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Experience managing enquiries, cases or requests to deadlines
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and the confidence to learn new systems
  • A positive, collaborative, and solution-focused approach
