About the Role The VNA Health Group is seeking a Homecare Registered Nurse to support patient care in a home health setting, delivering skilled nursing services to patients in their homes and helping move healthcare forward with compassionate, evidence-based care. What You'll Do
- Participate in a two week clinical orientation
- Assess, evaluate, and develop care plans for patients
- Provide education and care strategies for patients and families
- Collaborate with VNA clinicians and external providers
- Document changes and update care plans What We're Looking For
- Active RN license (BSN preferred)
- 1+ year of supervised RN experience (home health or medsurg preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Car and valid driver’s license Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: USD $40.00 - $49.00 per hour
