About the Role
Join Our Compassionate Care Team as a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) serving Bergen County in home health. You’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care in patients’ homes and work closely with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to support recovery and quality of life. What You'll Do

Provide Exceptional Care: Implement care plans under the direction of Registered Nurses, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Empower Patients: Assist clients with preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures to improve their health and well-being.

Collaborate with a Caring Team: Build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver coordinated care.

Monitor Care Quality: Ensure that services are delivered with attention to quality and appropriateness.

Follow Safety Protocols: Maintain a safe, clean environment by adhering to infection control and organizational policies. What We're Looking For

Education & Licensing: Graduation from an NLN-accredited LPN program with active New Jersey LPN licensure.

Experience: 2+ years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience. Home care or hospice experience is a plus!

Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.

A Team Player: Ability to collaborate and foster positive, professional relationships.

Driver’s License & Transportation: You’ll need a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel. Nice to Have

Home health or hospice experience is desirable. Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour (USD)
