About the Role VNA Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide in-home care for patients in the Woburn, MA area. The role involves traveling between patient homes Monday through Friday, 32 or 40 hours per week, delivering daily living assistance, light housekeeping, and compassionate support, while coordinating with care coordinators and maintaining client confidentiality. What You'll Do
- Assist clients with activities of daily living which may include bathing, toileting, feeding, skin care, hair care, exercise, and food preparation
- Perform light housekeeping and household management tasks
- Travel between patients' homes as needed using own transportation
- Consult regularly with coordinators about changes in the client's condition or environment
- Maintain confidentiality of the client at all times What We're Looking For
- HHA certificate or CNA license issued in Massachusetts
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to multiple client homes
- Experience with the senior population
- Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (32 or 40 hours per week)
- Ability to work locally in the Woburn, MA area Nice to Have

- Compensation: $23.00 per hour, plus mileage; benefits include medical, dental, and vision
