About the Role Join VNA Care as a Home Health Aide serving the Milford, MA area. This full-time role (32 or 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday) provides in-home care to 3–5 patients per day, with travel between client homes. A MA-issued CHHA certificate is required. The position offers $23/hour plus mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package, with a sign-on bonus available. What You'll Do
- Assist clients with household management in a kind and compassionate manner.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living which may include bathing, toileting, feeding, skin care, hair care, exercise, and meal preparation.
- Consult regularly with coordinators about changes in the client's condition or environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of the client at all times.
- Travel between client homes as needed and support coordination with care team. What We're Looking For
- Massachusetts-issued CHHA certificate (required).
- Flexibility and willingness to travel; own transportation (car) and valid driver's license.
- Experience with the senior population. Compensation & Benefits
- $23.00 per hour; mileage reimbursement; benefits.
