How the Lane Operates:

Run local deliveries of windows, doors, and Milgard products from the Fife, WA DC to customer sites across Washington and Oregon.

Operate primarily straight trucks and day cabs pulling 53' box trailers.

Handle physical hand-unloading at stops (averaging 80 lbs, up to 400 lbs with dollies provided).

Schedule & Shifts:

100% home daily, working 10–12 hour shifts.

Monday–Friday schedule starting at 5:00 AM (with occasional Saturday work based on demand).

What You Need to Qualify:

Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past 6 months.

Physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs multiple times a day and handle product scanning and customer service.

The Pay & Total Package:

Estimated Weekly Pay: Ranging from a minimum of $1,654/week up to a maximum of $1,961/week.

Earn $0.57 – $0.61 CPM (with yearly 0.01 cpm increases), $37.00 per stop, and $350 per day for outsource work.
