**THE PAY & EARNINGS
- Annual Earnings: Estimated annual average of $84,400, plus a $5,000 limited-time sign-on bonus.
- Weekly Pay Range: Estimated between $1,623 per week (minimum) and $1,925 per week (maximum) based on annual averages and activity variance.
- Pay Structure: Earn $0.53 per mile, plus $18.00 per stop and safety bonus opportunities.
**THE ROUTE & FREIGHT
- Operating Area: Deliver auto parts to dealerships across IN, IL, and WI.
- The Haul: Freightliner day cabs pulling 53-foot lift gate trailers. Pre-loaded trailers with multi-stop unloads using an electric pallet jack (mostly unattended deliveries).
**SCHEDULE, GEAR & QUALIFICATIONS
- Hometime: 100% home daily (you can even take your assigned truck home).
- Shifts: Tuesday through Saturday, starting between 01:00 – 02:00 AM, with 11–12 hour shifts.
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 6 months.
- Requirements: Steel toe boots (up to $75 yearly reimbursement provided) and company-provided uniforms.
