Louis Vuitton is seeking a dynamic and hardworking Home Concierge host with a desire for building a genuine relationship with our worldly clientele to join our team!

As a Louis Vuitton Home Concierge, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will be supporting an exceptional client experience by providing best in class service, supporting the Retail team in providing optimal service to clients and ensuring all processes are completed in line with standards of the brand. You will represent the Brand values and demonstrate the Louis Vuitton attitudes toward Clients and team members.

Job responsibilities

As a Home Concierge, you will initiate the process on building a genuine relationship with the Client by determining the Client’s needs and offering direction to appropriate departments and Universes. The Concierge is a client’s first point of contact within the store and sets the tone for the client’s experience while they are with us.

The ideal Home Concierge will manifest the Louis Vuitton Promise to build a genuine relationship and cherish the Client’s time spent at the Maison while making sure that each Client is greeted with the highest degree of courtesy and integrity, partnering with the Client Experience team and collaborate with the store team at large to build a seamless client experience and maintaining daily calendar of client appointments and on-going events in-store.

Profile

The ideal Home Concierge will embody the Louis Vuitton Promise by building genuine relationships and cherishing the Client’s time spent with the Maison. This role ensures that each Client is greeted with the highest degree of courtesy and integrity, while partnering with the Client Experience team and collaborating with the store team at large to deliver a seamless client experience. The Home Concierge also maintains the daily calendar of client appointments and ongoing in-store events.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisors and Managers with white glove product delivery and setup services to ensure an exceptional client experience.

• Safely transport employees, clients, and/or packages to and from destinations, as appropriate.

• Manage inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.

• Protect product at all times while maintaining awareness of safety and security issues.

• The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD 26-30 plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
