Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys keeping people, schedules, and details on track. This role supports a growing 24/7 home-care operation through client coordination, staffing, compliance, and administrative support.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Current, active RN license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
- 2–3+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong scheduling, organization, and communication skills
- Experience with electronic health records and healthcare technology
Must Haves
- Maintain staffing schedules for multiple 24/7 client cases and address coverage issues
- Handle callouts, late arrivals, and scheduling changes
- Track caregiver licenses, certifications, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate client intake and caregiver onboarding
- Review care notes and maintain accurate digital records
- Track physician orders, referrals, and follow-up needs
- Communicate professionally with staff, clients, families, and providers
- Manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining strong attention to detail
Preferred Background & Skills
- Home care, home health, long-term care, or similar healthcare experience
- Previous client services, staffing, scheduling, intake, charge nurse, or coordination experience
- AxisCare or similar healthcare management software
- DocuSign, Adobe, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook
- Experience supporting audits, compliance, or quality initiatives
- The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, responsive, and comfortable taking ownership while maintaining calm, professional boundaries in a fast-moving healthcare environment.
