Job Position: HMO / Business Development Executive

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job type: Full-time

Job Description We are seeking a driven, confident and results-oriented HMO / Business Development Executive to join our team in Port Harcourt. We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with HMOs, corporate organisations and other potential partners while actively driving patient and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with HMOs, corporate organisations and insurance providers
• Identify and secure new HMO partnerships and corporate healthcare accounts
• Manage existing HMO relationships and ensure smooth communication
• Drive corporate and HMO patient referrals to the clinic
• Follow up on leads, proposals, contracts and partnership opportunities
• Represent the clinic professionally during meetings and business engagements
• Monitor business development activities and provide regular reports
• Identify new opportunities for revenue and patient growth

Requirements

• HMO, healthcare business development, sales or related experience
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Ability to independently generate and convert business opportunities
• Good knowledge of the Nigerian HMO/healthcare landscape
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet set business development targets
• Candidates with existing HMO/corporate healthcare contacts will be an advantage

Remuneration

• Benchmark Salary: N250,000 Monthly
• Additional performance-based incentives/commission may apply.
