HMO / Billing Officer
A reputable healthcare facility located in Igando, Alimosho LGA, Lagos State is currently recruiting for the position of HMO/Billing Officer.
Qualification & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSCE
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in HMO operations, hospital billing or a similar healthcare role
- Practical knowledge of HMO patient verification, approvals and authorization processes
- Experience in preparing and processing HMO bills and claims
- Basic knowledge of payment reconciliation and follow-up on outstanding claims
- Good computer skills and ability to work with billing/HMO portals
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicants residing within Igando, Ikotun, Egbeda, Isheri-Olofin, Iyana-Ipaja and other nearby areas will have an added advantage.
