Notice of Public Comment Period The Franklin County Transportation Planning Organization will open a 21-day public review and comment period for an Amendment to the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2027-2031 Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP). The proposed amendment is available for review on the FRCOG website at www.frcog.org. Comments on the draft update will be accepted from Friday October 23 through Friday November 13, 2026. Comments should be submitted in writing via email to Jack Carolan, Transportation Planner, Franklin Regional Council of Governments, 12 Olive Street, Suite 2, Greenfield, MA 01301.
