Popis nabídky práce

• správa a dohled nad technickým stavem hotelu a jeho zařízení
• plánování a koordinace pravidelné údržby hotelu, technologií a přilehlých prostor
• zajištění a koordinace revizí, kontrol a certifikací včetně následných nápravných opatření
• správa technické dokumentace, revizních zpráv a smluv s dodavateli
• dohled nad systémy vytápění, ventilace a klimatizace a dalšími technickými zařízeními (MaR, EPS, VZT, chlazení apod.)
• řešení technických závad, reklamací a havarijních situací
• komunikace a spolupráce s externími dodavateli a servisními firmami
• příprava objednávek, cenových nabídek a kontrola nákladů
• kontrola a optimalizace spotřeby energií a dalších provozních nákladů
• dohled nad dodržováním bezpečnostních, požárních a provozních standardů hotelu
• plánování práce a směn technického týmu
• delegování běžných požadavků na údržbu a kontrola jejich dokončení
• spolupráce s ostatními odděleními hotelu a hledání praktických řešení každodenních technických výzev

Kvalifikace

• zkušenosti v oblasti technické správy budov, ideálně v hotelu nebo jiném provozním objektu
• odpovídající technické vzdělání nebo praxi
• zkušenost s údržbou, revizemi a opravami technických zařízení
• platné odborné oprávnění podle aktuální legislativy výhodou (dříve vyhláška č. 50/1978 Sb.)
• dobré organizační schopnosti a umíte si práci naplánovat
• samostatnost, zodpovědnost a schopnost dotahovat věci do konce
• praktické uvažování – když něco nefunguje, hledáte řešení, ne výmluvu
• schopnost vést a koordinovat menší tým
• základní orientaci v technické dokumentaci a práci s dodavateli
