About the Role As an HIS Revenue Cycle Cloud Application Engineer at Solventum, you will help ensure the reliability and performance of our Revenue Cycle Cloud applications across client environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure post-go-live deployments, troubleshoot issues, and monitor systems to meet service levels.
What You'll Do
- Perform system administration activities, which includes coordinating and managing the post-go live configuration of applications and interfaces, analyzing workflows while complying policies, procedures and constraints of assigned clients.
- Perform escalated analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution in support of multiple clients for supported applications.
