- Strong experience in fintech, FX brokerage, banking, trade payments or related B2B commercial environment
- Proven track record of closing B2B or corporate deals
- Strong negotiation, commercial strategy and relationship management skills
- Understanding of trade flows, pricing structures and commercial transactions
- Ability to negotiate with business owners, senior executives and CFO-level stakeholders
- Network in import/export, logistics or related sectors is an advantage
- Proximity to Marina and ability to work onsite 3 days weekly
