Section: Responsibilities
- Plan and manage assembly line operations and production schedules
- Monitor productivity, OEE, cycle time, downtime, quality and production costs
- Lead assembly supervisors, line leaders and technicians
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Supply Chain teams
- Implement Lean Manufacturing practices
- Ensure safety, quality, environmental and operational compliance
- Manage material flow, manpower and production resources
- Support product introduction, changeovers and process improvements
- Prepare production reports and recommend improvements
Section: Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial or Automobile Engineering
- 5–10 years’ experience in assembly or manufacturing operations
- Experience managing production teams in automotive, EV, heavy equipment or similar manufacturing industries
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, quality tools, ERP/MES systems and production reporting
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and people-management skills
- Proximity to the job location is compulsory
