What You'll Do

  • Knowing Us, Knowing You: Meet with a small panel (typically 2–4 team members) to assess your capabilities, problem-solving approach, and alignment with how we work and deliver at Sinch.
  • Decision & Offer: Bring together insights from each stage to make a final decision; if it’s a match, an offer and next steps.
