About this role
About the Role The Hiring Officer will join OVHcloud's HR team in Lyon and will manage recruitment for client-facing roles within the relationship clients perimeter, collaborating with HR, operational managers and service directors to advise and support OVHcloud clients and users of our solutions.
What You'll Do
- Independently manage end-to-end recruitment (needs gathering to offer) for your perimeter: Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Client Advisor, Support Technician, etc.
- Ensure a great candidate experience by guiding talents throughout the process.
- Understand the strategic stakes of your scope to ensure best-fit between required skills and presented talents.
- Advise recruitment managers at each step (needs gathering, redefining needs, interviews, negotiations).
