Hiring Officer

About the Role

The Hiring Officer will join OVHcloud's HR team in Lyon and will manage recruitment for client-facing roles within the relationship clients perimeter, collaborating with HR, operational managers and service directors to advise and support OVHcloud clients and users of our solutions.

What You'll Do

• Independently manage end-to-end recruitment (needs gathering to offer) for your perimeter: Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Client Advisor, Support Technician, etc.

• Ensure a great candidate experience by guiding talents throughout the process.

• Understand the strategic stakes of your scope to ensure best-fit between required skills and presented talents.

• Advise recruitment managers at each step (needs gathering, redefining needs, interviews, negotiations).

• Create and monitor KPIs (time to fill, number of hires, application sources) and implement action plans for continuous improvement.

• Represent OVHcloud at recruitment/ careers events.

• Prepare for the future impact: in 6 months, new talents in the commerce department and internal mobility; in 1 year, full HR processes across OVHcloud, international recruitment, cross-functional HR projects.

• What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar missions in a consultancy or company, in an international context.

• Proficient in sourcing techniques and direct approach.

• English level: B2 or higher.

• Known for rigor and analytical thinking.

• Ability to work autonomously in a growth environment.

• Nice to Have

• SAP knowledge.

• Knowledge of customer-facing roles and client relations.
